RESERVATIONS

Booking Mowat Cabin or Yogi’s Yurt – To make a reservation please search for your desired dates on the appropriate calendar, select your desired dates and complete the booking form below the unit you wish to rent. If you are wanting to book both units you will need to complete the booking form for both.   You may also call us at 1-403-870-7298.  Be sure to include your phone number and email address in the booking form so we can contact you to confirm and process payment. 

Please note: With our booking system you need to select each night you are going to be requiring accommodation NOT your Check-in and Check-out days (i.e. if you are wanting to arrive on June 2 and leave on June 5 then you need to select June 2, 3, 4 on the booking system). 

Confirmation – You will be contacted within 24 hours to process the deposit and confirm the booking.  Bookings are not final until your deposit has been received. 

Payment – We require 50% pre-payment at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.  We accept payment by credit card or e-transfer.

Minimum stay – Peak Season (June 30, 2023 – Sept 1, 2023) – Minimum 3 night stay, Low & Shoulder Seasons (Sept – June) minimum 2 night stay.   In our Low Season shorter stays may be accommodated one week in advance, if available, and will be subject to a $50 surcharge.

Rates  – All rates are based on double occupancy

Cancellations or Changes

Cancellations or changes – With greater than 30 days’ notice from your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee calculated on the total charges. Under 30 days’ notice, you are responsible for all charges on any partial or full cancellation, unless we are able to re-book in which case you will receive a refund based on the amount of the new booking.

Transfers – You are welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member in the event of a change in plans.

 

CAMPING

Tent or RV camping is only available when a group has rented both the Cabin and the Yurt.  Please contact us directly to make arrangements for campers .   No deposit is required at time of booking.   Payment is required upon arrival.
